How it works
1. Consult & Quote
Bring your model(s) in-store or send us clear photos. We’ll talk style, finish, timeline and budget, then send you a tailored quote.
2. Prep & Planning
We carefully clean, assemble and prime your models, confirm colour schemes and any freehand or basing details before we start.
3. Painting & Progress
Your project moves through our painting queue. We share progress shots at key stages so you can give feedback and stay excited.
4. Sealing & Delivery
Once you’re happy, we varnish, base and carefully pack your models. Collect in-store or receive them via tracked, protected shipping.
Typical lead-time: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and our current queue.

Bronze – Gaming Standard

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to supply the models?
Yes. You can bring your kits and built models directly into the store or ship them to us. If you’d like us to supply sealed boxes or specific ranges, we can include this in your quote.
Can you match an existing colour scheme?
Absolutely. Send us photos, paint recipes or references and we’ll match as closely as possible. If you don’t have a scheme yet, we can help you design one.
How long will my commission take?
Turnaround varies based on tier, model count and our current queue. As a guide, single characters are often 4–6 weeks, larger projects 6–8+ weeks. We’ll confirm an estimated timeframe during your quote.
How does payment work?
We usually take a 50% deposit to secure your slot, with the remaining balance due on completion before collection or shipping. For larger projects, staged payments can be discussed.
Do you ship commissions?
Yes, we offer protected, tracked shipping within the UK. Shipping costs depend on size, weight and insurance level and will be included in your quote.
What if my model is damaged in transit?
We inspect all models on arrival and will contact you if anything needs repair before painting. Outgoing shipments are packed securely, and optional insurance is available for high-value pieces.
